FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION: Used to run a continuous foreground service that collects real-time movement-related data required for accurate step counting. This service must remain active even when the app is closed or terminated so that step tracking remains accurate without gaps.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC: Used to keep your step data updated and synced locally on your device at all times. Syncing must start immediately to avoid missing activity records. Pausing or restarting may cause inaccurate totals or lost entries.
4. How We Use Information
The information collected by the app is used exclusively for:
- Displaying your step count and activity statistics.
- Providing motivational insights and daily challenges.
- Sending optional reminders for hydration and movement.
All data remains on your device and is deleted automatically if you uninstall the app.
5. Account Deletion
Our app does not create or manage user accounts. Therefore, no account deletion is required. If you wish to remove all stored data, simply uninstall the app from your device — this will erase all associated data.

The app does not use third-party analytics, ads, or tracking tools. Your activity data is private and remains within your device.
